WHO IS 2 Day Appraisal ??
This is to answer who is 2 Day Appraisal and what they do. 2 Day Group is a provider of managed appraisal products. All of the appraisers are individual business people, independent contractors who DO NOT WORK for and are NOT EMPLOYEE'S of 2 Day. The individual appraiser decides to accept the fee work available to him or decline the work as they operate their own offices and know their own needs. The appointments are set by each appraiser, not 2 Day. The work is completed by each appraiser & his/her staff, not 2 Day . 2 Day Group has no direct control over the individual appraiser as they are NOT employees. WHAT DOES 2 Day Group DO? We provide an opportunity for each appraiser to complete an assignment from our collective advertisements. We provide a central point for lenders to fax & e-mail orders "to a main office" We provide an limited customer service base for connection, correspondence & phone call support between the lender & appraiser, to assist many lenders in getting in contact with the appraisers, due to appraisers are typically in the field. We provide a internet Web Track system for both lenders & appraisers , order status on line, and a on line e-mail system to communicate between lender & appraiser. We provide a collective advertising for the group We provide internet hosting of e-mail servers to deliver the final PDF to the lender We provide internet hosting of web sites for appraisers We provide limited review & accounting services for some appraisers in the group
2 Day is not a typical FEE shop, if you wish to do business with 2 Day Group and the appraisers as a group, we welcome your orders. Please remember 2 Day Appraisal has no direct control over any order, we are the delivering method for many staff appraisers working in most every major city in California. You may contact any individual appraiser directly to check status on your order or our office staff will assist you in checking status.
